Nedbank insurance

I have home insurance with Nedbank.I had a leakage outside the garage and lodged a claim with Nedbank insurance.After numerous calls and waiting since December,they finally sent plumbers to fix the pipes that were leaking in January.In repairing the leak,they had to break through the garage to find the leak.I was told by the plumbers that the insurance company would send people to repair the floor in the garage.There is still no repairs done ,Im just left with holes in my garage.I am very upset with such poor service.
