Nedbank Insurance

I have been retrenched since the 15/02/2018 and I immediately notified the nedbank personal loans as well as thr nedbank insurance. I then received an sms from nedbank insurance confirming that they would cover the installments for 6 months and that they would pay within 48 hours,that never happened and I called nedbank personal loans notifying them that the insurance would cover the installments. On the 28/02/2018 nedbank personal loans debited my account and the insurance also paid the installments now they do not want to reimburse me the money that was debited from my account. What is the use of this insurance if they are going to take the little money I have left after retrenchment?????
