Nedbank insurance
I have a claim with Nedbank since last year it has not been sorted to this date. They play delays tactics. They always promised to call back and never call back. Over 3 months now And no feedback.

25 Feb 2020, 13:57I called nedbank insurance today for C***. The call was cut because the consultant couldn’t answer what i was asking. They don’t even bother to call back. One consultant told me that they will send a contractor for inspection today they tell me i have to send pictures. Its been 3 to 4 months with these stories. On my previous claim the same thing happened it took them 6 months to fix my door.
