Nedbank insulted me on the phone

I am under debt review, Debt 4 u has sent me proof that nedbank has been notified that i am under debt review. This has also been logged on my credit report. Yet Nedbank thinks it is appropriate to call me daily about accounts. The one lady that called actually even told me I am lying about being under debt review. Yet also Nedbank keeps adding astronomical amounts of interest and assurance to the account as well as an admin fee which made my debt grow by 40 000 in less than a year. This is the worst bank with the most ridiculous costs and interest rates on loans. They over indebted me and now that think it is okay to harras and insult me.
