Nedbank Instant Payments

I am not happy with the Nedbank Instant payment service. It's the most expensive out of all the banks but they still take 30mins to process the transaction. I understand that they mentioned it but that doesn't justify the 30mins wait. Every other bank provides the funds immediately but they don't charge a ridiculous amount like Nedbank. Why can't instant be instant?

Please improve this as it is very inconvenient for some of us.
