Nedbank *****! Inside job?

I got a phone call in November 2025 from a lady from SAA stating that I can get discount on airtickets if I download the SAA app. She said that she would guide me on how to do it. I did not mention my bank account, or anything to do with Nedbank. I said I must leave but the call could not be dropped (I had probably been hacked already). Eventually when I could, Nedbank ***** called me immediately,which they NEVER do, letting me know that I had paid R50000... I said no I didn't?! Why did they call me,if they realized it was suspicious or stop the payment when I told them I didnt make that payment???? And how did they know that I was flying SAA? I don't usually fly with them?? Someone must be giving client information to these ********s from within the bank itself! I find their security measures pathetic, I have been with Nedbank for 44yrs... and I was told it's my own fault. And they have NOT assisted me at all - not my personal banker nor the Bank manager. They said they will pay me a sum of R6000 as a "sign of goodwill". Their security measures are pathetic and useless for a bank that charges the highest fee's!! NEDBANK do not protect their clients! BEWARE, PLEASE SHARE AND WARN FRIENDS!
