Nedbank *****ing My Money!!!!!!!!!!

Nedbank has been taking funds from my account without my consent since I opened my account, and then they promised to credit all the unauthorised funds back to me, which was a lie, and only credited me with one month's credit. However, they were on a live chat, which I have proof of confirmed that it would be backdated, which was just a lie!!!!!!!!!
