Nedbank *****ing from the poor

I had a personal loan with Nedbank. I have settled the loan but Nedbank keeps on debiting my account and refuse to reimburse me. It's been over a month asking Nedbank to reimburse me and they gave me a story that my account must be reopen and they will reimburse me till today, they have not returned mu funds. I am disgusted by Nedbank the was a lady Nompumelelo who was assisting me and now when I call her she rejects my calls. I have been requesting to escalate the matter but NO ONE in Nedbank is willing to assist and hang up on me.
