NEDBANK *****ING CUSTOMERS MONEY!!!!

***** was committed on my bank card on 25 July 2023. As per my explanation to the bank my account was hacked and amount of R5898.80 was spent on 25 July 2023 at 19.56 in the evening. I immediately called Nedbank ***** line to report the matter. While speaking to the lady from Nedbank she informed me that the person/persons had just tried to put through another transaction for R16 000.00 but luckily there was only R15 828 in my account so the transaction did not go through. I pointed out to the bank that this company did not even exist - HPYLUX SHOPPING SPREE. After numerous calls to and from i was told that the bank would not credit me my money as the purchase had been done through google pay. A OTP had been sent to me by the bank and i accepted the OCTP. I sent evidence showing that i never received an OTP on 25 July, i sent my bank statements, sms for from 24 to 26 July, as well as my google inbox for that period. Nedbank tell me i received and accepted the OTP on 25 June 2023. How do i get a OTP exactly a month before the time for purchases that where made on the 25 July 2023. This to me reeks on an inside job!!! How did the person/persons know firstly - that i had so much money in my bank account, usually they put through a small amount - this was for R5898.80 and then a few minutes later for R16 000.00??? Did they have the info that the 25th was pay day for me?? I have on numerous occasions asked for the recording of the call i made to them when i reported the *****ulent transaction as in/on that call the lady from the ***** department can be heard saying that as we were speaking the person/persons is trying again to put through a purchase transaction. REALLY??? And the OTP was sent exactly a month before authorizing these transactions!!!! I am so disgusted with Nedbank. They let people ***** your money and then they turn their backs on a person
