Nedbank - Infringing on my credit rights

I had a Loan with Nedbank personal loans and they ended up seeking judgement on the loan. I never received summons on the matter nor any communication from the lawyers. I called and asked Nedbank legal to send me the judgement documentation as per file served in court and they refuse they want me to send Nedbank a Signed Affidavit, 10 Specimen signatures and a Copy of your ID to investigate. Their lawyers no longer hold the files and pass me on to Nedbank directly.

They are refusing my basic credit rights.
