Nedbank infinity Policy

Good day,

On the 13 Feb 2023 we send emails to cancel the infinity warranty, extended warranty on our vehicles. We received the next day an email saying that it would take 8 days and still we are waiting as the installment still goes off ever month. Something needs to be done as this is highly unacceptable from a respectful bank!!!! So many Emails from us and just NO RESPONSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I will not recommend anyone to try this Nedbank infinity product as this is a waste of money and time. Fast to take your money but no response to assistance to cancel the worthless policy.
