Nedbank Inefficiency with debit orders

Nedbank refuses to cancel a ********** debit order on my account and give me the phone number of the business which activated the debit order. I call the number every day and the number is off. I have to wait every month for the debit order to debit my account then I call Nedbank, hold on for 5 minutes minimum for them to reverse it. The reference on the debit order is Epuc3 Interglo. They can't explain how they loaded this debit order in the 1st place without my consent our money isn't safe with Nedbank
