Nedbank individuals who assisted more than any branch manager

I recently had to interact with various persons from Nedbank Private Wealth regarding a mutual client's account. It was a nightmare of endless calls from one person and/or branch to another, with not one person committing to assist or even just acknowledging my request on email. I finally got to Portia Davies and Patrick Selepe at their Securities and these two individuals really made an effort in assisting me with my dilemma.
