Nedbank incurred transfer error

I have transferred an amount yesterday to my brother's FNB account. I have entered all the necessary fields correctly and triple checked before I confirmed the payment.
Then my payment notification came through but the bank name reflected Grinrod bank which I immediately deemed as weird. I then went down to the mutual park branch and asked for assistance.
A lady by the name Sandra Jansen, assisted me, saying I will have to pay R350 to get my money back - which I will not pay as I know it was not my error and I am not liable.

I googled Grinrod bank and saw it is somehow affiliated with FNB, I then relayed this information tot the lady who assisted me. She assured me I shouldn't worry because the money may reflect in my brother's account today - which it hasn't.
I then went again tot the branch only to have them tell me that the funds have left my account - which I already knew because I saw my balance yesterday.
I am very perturbed and disappointed that they are unable to assist me as it was not my fault. I want urgent assistance.
If I should take this matter further I will, and get legal counsel to address this issue.
This is very poor customer service!!!!
