Nedbank increases premiums without notifications

This is for Nedbank Car Insurance: I got a call from a call centre agent from another insurance company, with a much cheaper quotation. I was ready to change over with a cheaper premium.

I then got a call from someone in Nedbanks retentions department and offered me a quote of R610, which bettered the car insurance quote I had.

I’m now seeing that I’m being charged R731.57 - so they gave me the R610 premium for a few months, then increased it without notification to me. When I should of just stay with King Price. They thought I wouldn’t notice

I don’t like being ********!
