Nedbank incorrectly listing me

I have been paying my Nedbank Credit card every month with an amount of R2000 and for the past few month never missed a payment suddenly I look at my credit report and it shows that I'm in arrears for May June and July, and I've been maintaining this account with regular payments even though I changed banks on my pay date I pay directly into the account, I have notified Nedbank of this issue as they seem to send me arrear messages and I have proof that the payment is made on the 25th, if you don't want my business say and I can move that account as well since it seems you'd like to lose more customers than actually do right, I fully understand that the amount reflected for the new month needs to be paid by the 19th but previously in 2*** and 2014 my salary came in on the 27th of every month and there was never a problem suddenly I change banks because nedbank isnt providing a service and now I get listed. Please provide a thorough explanation of what is actually happening at nedbank as I'm tired of the please explain every single time
