Nedbank incorrectly charging fees

Nedbank has suddenly charged me service and transaction fees, more than 10 in July 3019 for my Go Banking account which does not incur fees. Calling in the Customer care was no help, I must now be inconvenienced and go into a branch? Nedbank get your act together and refund my money.
