Nedbank inconveniencing customers

Poor service I was sent a voucher number went to an atm it said technical error at first attempted again it said its been used when I call them they said its still available go to pick npay when I got there it say declined by bank called again they said press *120*001#they said I dont have any vouchers I borrowed money to go home my money is still there out of 6 consultants no one assiste me Im going to a branch tomorrow because I ran out of airtime beacause of all this.
