Nedbank Inconvenience

I don't know for what reason, my account is suspended, I can't access my funds, I'm being sent from pillar to post,Call centre advised me to go to the branch, Nedbank Pavillion told me to phone call centre. No means of communication were made prior to the account being suspended. I Had to find out on pay day, I have to open the new account because they'll close the old one on my behalf, for what???Are we supposed to notify the bank when we change employers???
