Nedbank, incomplete statements

I recently had to draw statements from Nedbank's online site. The first disappointment was to find that the record of statements only went back for one year, whereas it used to go back for a much longer period in their previous application (IIRC easily 3 years or more). The second disappointment was to discover that the information in the downloadable statements was also incomplete - in the case of September 2020, for instance, I could only see transactions for 4 days. February 2021 had 18 days. This will obviously require me to request statements over the counter, which turned out to be quite a costly affair in a previous encounter. Considering that we live in a world that is increasingly oriented towards online transactions I believe Nedbank is not giving me the bang for the bucks I pay for their banking services.
