Nedbank Incompitence 🤬😡😡😡

My Nedbank account is frozen. No warning no nothing. Can't access my salary, Can't pay my bills. Went there and they said they didn't know why. Might be a system glitch and said my FICA verification is fine. When i went to follow up, all of a sudden its a fica. Not sire if its FICA or system glitch. Now how am i suppose to pay the rest of my bills... taking my buisness to another bank.
