Nedbank *********** staff

Once again nedbank is very *********** and not professional. I was at nedbank mall of the south and a lady left her art in the atm machine . I informed the security to call her he just sat down in his chill zone i than took the card inside in which the lady was utmost rude . Really need staff training and hire competent people!!
