NEDBANK *********** SERVICE AT THE WORST

This has got to be the worst service that I have received from Nedbank!

It is such a disgrace that I have to call and walk into a branch each month to change my address. Each time I get told that it is updated and that the correct address will reflect on the new statement. This has been going on since January 2020!

Even worse, I'm being told that I am unable to correct my mobile number on their system because it belongs to someone else who was previously using the same number on a personal loan. *******!

This is just unacceptable!!
