Nedbank *********** consultant playing jokes

I went to Tygervalley branch to make an application of an overdraft in January. The consultant Bester Shareef who was assisting me wanted me to take a loan instead of an overdraft I said no. We made an application and he told me it was approved and I should go sign which I did. Next thing he came with some stories that there was an error I need to sign again this time he handed me over to his friend and a colleague Lorenzo Baartman who called me to ask me whether I am still interested in the overdraft the offer still stands I said yes he made the application told me to go to the branch and sign which I did. He told me it will be approved in a day or 2 and guess what when I was leaving the branch Shereef standing outside the branch waved me goodbye and said see you tomorrow, I wondered what that meant but I left anyway. To date Lorenzo never submitted my application so to them this is some sick joke. NEDBANK NEEDS TO DEAL WITH THEM OR I WILL OPEN A CASE AGAINST THESE 2 IMMATURE CONSULTANTS who thinks I have time to play. I am expecting a feedback from Nedbank regarding this or I will take further steps. They are so stupid to think that I will let this slide wasting my time and energy making me go all the way to the branch for their stupid jokes
