nedbank *********** consultant

after I settled up my personal loan with Nedbank, I made a follow up to confirm if the payment was received, and yes they confirmed the payment was received and Nedbank consultant advised me there will be a refund of an amount of R420.00, few days later again I made a follow up to find out how are they with process of refund and I was told there refunds will be R317.00 and suddenly i was advised there will be no refund.. , I am pleased that i don't have any relationship with Nedbank after i settled my personal loan,
