Nedbank *********** and slow

*********** slow service at nedbank vangate mall branch!! I have been waiting for over an hour in the que and had to wait even longer when inside the bank just to pick up my card! People pay no attention to the numbering system and go get assistance as they please! There is no control. Tellers take their own time to assist and even get up to make coffee while clients have to wait!
