Nedbank Incompetency - They cant even close an account!

My wife has tried to close her account with Nedbank for the past two months. She has spoken to various individuals to have it closed and has even put in the minimum funds required in order to do so. Two months down the line it still has not been closed and when she inquires she is told that nothing was requested. When she asks for them to check the recordings they respond that she must prove that she called to cancel. Nedbank is really dropping the ball and thats why we have moved banks!
