Nedbank Incompetence To Deliver
I app**** online for a Cheque Account on 29 June, then called on 7 July only to find out I still have no account opened, then Trishi opened the account and sent me a useless letter of confirmation which my employer refused to accept, meaning it's not secure enough to be accepted by any organisation as proof of account. Trishi casually told me to go to a branch to get a stamped letter. Why does Nedbank have online and telephone services if we still have to go to branches to stand in queues which we are avoiding in the first place? I still don't have a card let alone anyone calling me to confirm delivery address or date. I could have simply done this at a branch without wasting time and money just by trying to be a client? Pathetic horrible service and I am not even a client yet. Thank goodness for FNB. Nedbank, close that useless account immediately and don't bother taking that R100 from my account. Cut all your adverts and unnecessary costs then focus on delivering a bit of service to \potential customers". I am sickened by the time and effort I spent just to get \""NO SERVICE\"" from a bank promising so much more to people. """
