Nedbank incompetence , abusing an old lady!

My grandmother is having a horrible experience with Nedbank !!

1. She can't access her money from nedbank because her card is restricted. ! This is her SASSA grant money.

2.She did verification five times , as asked by the in Queenstown , Eastern Cape . Bank agreed the problem is on their side.

3. We Made 20 phone calls to no avail!.

4.Even now she can't access her MAY GRANT .

5. THIS IS A 84 Year old for crying out loud !! Her entire family depends on the SASSA grant.
