NEDBANK INCOMPETENCE

I have requested a letter of good standing for my credit card account on Monday 31/10/2022 @ 09h48. The response I got was it will take 24h but maximum 48h. If I haven't receive in 24h I should follow up. I followed up after 24h only to find out my request had not been processed. Then after explained the risk of me losing a vehicle deal with a manager, I had been sent 5 different documents after chasing up everytime that the documents were wrong. I today still have not receive my request and I have now lost the deal of the vehicle due to NEDBANK'S INCOMPETENCE.
