Nedbank Incompetence

I am a Client of Nedbank Private Banking, and I have sent a request to my private banker, Vivian to discuss increase my payment limit on my Trust account. Tomorrow is the third day since my request, and a simple request of payment limit increase is taking days with these *********** staff. Now she says the forms we have completed are incorrect, the level of incompetence is unbelievable low,. I have expressed the urgency of the matter as my employees need to be paid is month end.

Now my employees won’t be paid again tomorrow because of Nedbank’s staff incompetence
