Nedbank incompetence

Nedbank is useless, i transferred my money from Nedbank to fnb via eft on criday 3/3/24 at about 14.09, nowhere does it say it will take 2 working days to be processed. I needed to buy petrol for to get to eork tomorrow and pay a debt, seeing it was working hours i did not see there was a problem....HOWEVER on callinb *** today as money still not in my Fnb account i was told by staff member 2 working days and manager they see it was done at 17.48 when i was not able to have done it and tgere system shows 4/5 24 as payment date. Really disgustinb thst their system is so messed up. I have no prtrol to get me to eork in the morning and next time i go draw the entire amount out and drive to fnb and deposit it like we did last century because Nedbank dont care if you can or cannot get to eork. Their service stinks!!!!!!
