Nedbank incompetance

Nedbank must be the worst bank ever, with the most *********** staff. For over a week now my online profile has been suspended, call the call center, i must go into the branch, branch says the cannot unlock it after spending 3hrs inside. Get back home and call again, nobody seems to be able to assist, this has been going on for 7 days strait. i'm up in arms. What do i do....?
