NEDBANK INCOMPENTENT TO MANAGE ACCOUNTS AND ARE UNECESSARILY HARRASING AND THREATENING PEOPLE WITHOUT VALID REASON

I was retrenched and after 8 months and threatening Ombudsman did they pay. In the meantime I was handed over to legal and charged me for fees not due since they were supposed to pay the insurance policy. I had an arrangement to pay off the small amount insurance did not cover. If I was ever going to be late with payment I always communicated via emails. I missed one small payment in November. I sent an email explaining that my customer was late in payment and would pay a bit late. I paid double the amount in December to cover both Nov and Dec 2022. At the end of December I again paid double. When they call, I get told my outstanding amount is thousand more than what I owe. even though I paid double twice in December, I receive an email threatening the sheriff to arrive and court action. I phoned demanding to speak to a supervisor. I was denied this right twice. I then got a voice call threatening the sheriff on the same day after calling them. I am yet to get a call from the supervisor.
