Nedbank Incompentence

So I app**** for Personal Loan via Nedbank call center and I was told that I do qualify and my credit score is very good blah blah blah. The poor agent even tried to upsell for me so that I can take the maximum offered. I signed the contract, approved DebiCheck Mandate and then I was thinking that my loan was finalized and waited for the transfer into my account. To my surprise, I received an email telling me that I cannot afford...what a hogwash. What irritated me the most is that I sent an email to their supposed 24/7customer care ***. 7days later I am still waiting for their response.

And then they want to recruit us to bank with them...over my dead body. NEDBANK is still way way behind in comparison to other traditional banks
