Nedbank in Southgate Mall

South gate mall is the worst branch I have ever set foot in, the staff do not have respect for elders I had to fight to get my Mom a chair to sit on who is well over 60 and when I asked to be besides her because they're are things she might not understand, they refused for me to do so and said I must step outside,I understand with lockdown level 2 protocols and all but after assisting my Mom she came out so clueless and timid at how rough and impatient they were with her, they assisted her with sms banking to which she has no idea where to start with it...as it is the card she needed replaced she is so confused if it's the new account number or the very old account, all these were not explained to her with understanding that she is old and rarely understands things unless explained to step by step... I cannot believe that I used to work for Nedbank then we were all about client satisfaction and everything that this branch is, goes against Nedbank values. The guy that is a floor or service manager there is ***********,it's as if he has no idea what he stands there for what he says is not what he does he makes promises but can't deliver. This branch doesn't even deserve a single star! Such a disgrace to humanity
