Nedbank impossible to contact to sort out unauthorized Magtape Debit

Nedbank Corporate payments put an unauthorized, ******** Magtape debit through on my FNB account, which I was not aware of. On FNB the customer service info shows the number to contact ***. This number shows on Trucaller as Nedbank Insurance, however a robot asks your ID number and the transfer to Nedbank customer service. Customer service is unable to assist and when they try to transfer you, you end up again at the robot switchboard with the same procedure. you end up in a loop that never can sort out anything. In the meantime Nedbank continue to deduct money *******ly from my account
