Nedbank impacting my credit status

It has come to my attention that my credit score has been negatively impacted in the past three months due to Nedbank's decision to increase/double the minimum amount payable due on my credit card. I have paid the minimum amount each month, used some of the funds, but once Nedbank deducts the interest, the account goes into arrears.

I am very disappointed that this is the case, and it has negatively impacted my credit status.

I do not have this problem with FNB, and will be forced to move my accounts to another bank if this is not rectified.

I require Nedbank to speak to the NCR and immediately fix my credit score.
