nedbank imali not reversed into my account.

My name is lesego, i did a send imali to *** from my mobiwallet of R600.00 on the 03-09-2019, the money was not withdrawn was told to wait 3 working days it will be reversed into my account however to day i still havent received the money. i went to the branch on the 06-09-2019 and was there for 3 hours. i did not receive any help and i urgently needed the money then. at the branch they contact the call center and they advised that the transactions date until the 28-08-2019 therefore they cannot see the transaction im referring to and there nothing they can do to assist me. how is it my problem because i have the transaction reflecting on my imali history. this is poor service and i need the money to be in my account by 12pm today i will not wait a day longer. please have this matter sorted as i need to close this account and will be moving to another bank. this is pure incompetence and i will not have it.
