NEDBANK ******* ******** DEBIT ORDER

I switched my salary and NEDBANK debited R6800 for an arrears loan without consent after numerous calls and escalations I was refunded R5800 after making an arrangement,after ESCALATING because I was still getting SMSs stating they will debit a R348 was again taken from my account with R300 interest charge ,I AM SO UPSET AN AGENT CALLED AND PROMISED TO ASSIST IN GETTING THE FUNDS RETURNED AND FIXJNG THE DEBITS FOR THE LOAN WHAT ABOUT THE ADDITIONAL R300 NOW AGAIN
