Nedbank ******* debit and pathetic customer service.

Nedbank *******ly debited my account for R370 two months ago. I have been calling the customer service centre for two months every week and all I get is someone who wants to transfer me to another department and when that happens my call gets dropped. I have since then not been able to speak to anyone concerning my money that was ****** from my account. I am highly disappointed with Nedbank banking service and am seriously thinking about moving banks.
