Nedbank ignoring my case for more than 4months..no feedback on my forensic ***** case

I am frustrated with the level of service I am receiving from Nedbank regarding my case, which is currently under forensic investigation.

It has been an extended period, and I am still waiting for feedback or resolution. There has been little to no communication, and I am constantly left in the dark about the progress of my case. This lack of transparency and urgency is unacceptable, especially considering how serious and sensitive forensic-related matters are.

I have made multiple follow-ups, yet I continue to receive no clear answers or timelines. As a customer, I expect better communication, professionalism, and efficiency from a bank of this standard.

This delay is not only inconvenient but is also causing me significant stress and financial uncer*****y.

I kindly request:

A clear update on the status of my case

A realistic timeline for resolution

Proper communication going forward

If this matter is not resolved urgently, I will be forced to escalate it further.

I hope Nedbank can address this matter with the urgency it deserves.
