Nedbank ignoring customers.

I went to the Lourens street branch of Nedbank to enquire about something. At the welcome desk they gave me a number. I sat for 45 minutes without anything happening. I enquired twice and the person went to find out and simply didn't return. When I stood up to exit the staff just ignored me.
