Nedbank ignores cusomer concerns

Lodged a complaint with Nedbank customer services over a week ago regarding long delays at their Somerset Mall branch. Nedbank has not bothered to respond. How does an organisation like Nedbank plan to improve their customer service if they ignore the feedback from their clients.
