NEDBANK ignores COVID19 regulations!

Nedbank complaints center and Randfontein branch is useless beyond words!!! They change their online system during COVID a total ***** up! my husband accidentally locks his account and he has to pay some of our staff, staff that is in a squatter camp who's children are going hungry, my husband has a lung disease and is NOT allowed to leave the house BUT Nedbank INSISTS they cannot help him he HAS to go to the branch! Everyone you speak to says we will phone you back no one does not the branch manager, not the complaints line no one!
