Nedbank - Idiots

I had a Nedbank overdraft facility which had a small balance of R2070.20 outstanding as at 25 November 2022. I was in contact with Lucy@NRBrisk Solutions who sent me the letter and I paid the amount that was due and received a settlement letter. Now almost 3 years later, I check my credit reports on Just Money, VCCB I see that I now owe R1380 for this Account. I have sent all the letters and proof of payments to these Credit Bureau's but nothing seems to have been resolved. I have emailed Lucy @ NRB Risk Solutions with no response.

Whats the matter with these *****s.
