Nedbank ID *******

It seems Nedbank no longer responds to issues raised on HP.

I've been trying unsuccessfully for the past week to get a nedbank ID. After countless phonecalls and escalations it just doesn't get resolved. All I get is promises that it should be resolved in a day or two.

Well when you phone me at the end of the month asking why i haven't paid, my response will also be that it should be resolved in a day or two.

Makes me sad to be part of such a pathetic bank. Only opened my acc on saturday. Already regretting it.
