Nedbank ID not linking to profile

Nedbank, the management and synchronization of the Nedbank ID with the old profile system is pathetic. I reset my Nedbank ID password yesterday and after I was prompted for my profile, pin and password I got a message saying I’m not authorized to link the profile. Now when I log into Money app, only my bond is displaying. When I search to link my other accounts it says I have no other accounts to link. What is wrong with your systems? How can you release such a buggy useless piece of software to the public. I am appalled.
