Nedbank ID Card opportunity a ****!

What a joke, Nedbank acts as an *********** agent for home affairs. Made an appointment for my son's ID card, at a spesific time, just to arrive at the designated branch to queue as at any other home affairs office. Phoned customer complaints, only to hear they haven't got any control over the time slots. Why then, as a long-term client of Nedbank, being captured by the incompetence of home affairs, should just take this one on the chin? Maybe time to move?
