NEDBANK I WANT MY MONEY BACK I HAVE OTHER BILLS TO PAY AND dependants to look after

This bank debited me twice with different amount. And when I called the 1st person from collection dropped the phone on me, the 2nd one told me I “probably” get my refund after 3 working days. I asked them to put me through complaints department. Guess what they said my matter will take 7-21 days to be resolved. Question is in that amount of time how am I supposed to pay another bills and buy food for my family. Nedbank is inconsiderate and unprofessional. I think it’s better I move my home loan to another bank. This is frustrating and disgusting. What kind of a mistake is this. This is *******
